Medallion Corporation continues to invest in their teams with accredited professional development

For 60 years, this family owned and operated real estate development and property management firm has raised the bar in protecting both their assets and people. Most recently, Medallion’s leadership team engaged National Life Safety Group to deliver the newly accredited training program “Implementing Fire Safety Plans in Residential Buildings in Ontario.” to their building leadership and professional building operations teams.

Almost every residential building owner in Ontario is required to have a Fire Safety Plan, approved and implemented at their building.  Part of this implementation, required by the Ontario Fire Code, is that all “Supervisory” staff of that building be trained on how to “implement” the Fire Safety Plan, and understand their own, unique roles and responsibilities under that plan – before being given any responsibilities at the building.

This site specific training, held at multiple locations across the greater Toronto area, provided Medallion’s onsite building operations staff, to not only understand the roles and responsibilities within their unique fire safety plans, but give them the confidence to successfully implment the fire safety plan at their building - everyday.

It was truly a priveldge to engage this group of dedicated building operations team members and witness first hand their passion for creating safe communities. A sincere congratulations to all and we look forward to working with you and your teams in the future.
