Hands-on, reality-based training for professional building Operators and Security teams
This unique, 1.5-hour certificate program is site-specific, held on-site - right in your sprinkler and Fire Alarm Room, providing building security and Operations staff with the HANDS ON knowledge and skillset to effectively utilize the fire alarm system, reset manual pull stations, effectively utilize emergency voice communications systems, and understand the components and operations of wet/dry sprinklers, standpipe systems, firefighter elevators, open/closed valves, and smoke control systems - unique to your building.
Allows those responsible -who oversee the building’s life safety systems at 2:00 AM the opportunity to train hands-on, and attain the skill and comfort required to effectively and safely operate, check & inspect these systems as required by Fire Codes & OHSA.

Program Requirements
Participants must achieve a minimum passing grade of 75 percent on the certification final exam.
Participants must attend with a current copy of their building’s fire safety plan, approved by the local fire services within the last 5 years.
