Accredited Program: Implementing a Residential Fire Safety Plan in Ontario
Fire Safety Training Designed for Licensed Condominium Managers, Property Managers, Security and Superintendent Staff of Residential buildings in Ontario
As per the Ontario Fire Code, and applicable OHSA legislation, all “Supervisory staff” at your residential building are required to be trained on the building’s approved fire safety plan.
This 3.5-hour certificate program, delivered onsite and site specific to your approved fire safety plan, developed and delivered by a recognized team of NFPA 1035 Fire and Life Safety Public Educators.
Training meets and exceeds the training requirements of Section 2.8 of the Ontario Fire Code and endorsed by the Institution of Fire Engineers Canada.

Certificate Program: Condominium Risk Management & the Fire Code
Designed for Directors and Administrators of Condominium Corporations in Canada
Developed and delivered by recognized NFPA Fire and Life Safety Educators, this exciting program is site specific, based on your approved fire safety plan, and allows all Board Members to rapidly be brought up to speed on the Corporation’s Fire Code requirements as the building Owner.
This 1.5 Hour, engaging - in person - training session provides for an advanced - high roi learning opportunity for those responsible for a Condominium Coproration in Canada.
Review of legislation, roles and responsibilities of the owner, Fines, Notices of Violations, Resident and Occupant Engagement, Required maintenance of historical documents.

Certificate Program: Operations of Life Safety Systems in Residential Buildings
Hands on, reality based training for Superintendents and Security Staff at residential buildings.
This unique, 1.5 hour certificate program is site specific, held on site in your CACF and Sprinkler Rooms, providing building security and Superintendent staff with the HANDS ON knowledge and skill set to effectively utilize the fire alarm system, reset manual pull stations, effectively utilize emergency voice communications systems, and understand the the components and operations of wet / dry sprinklers, standpipe systems, firefighter elevators, open / closed valves, and smoke control systems - unique to your building.
Allows those responsible -who oversee the buildings life safety systems at 2:00 AM the opportunity to train hands-on, and attain the skill and comfort required to effectively and safely use and check & inspect these systems as required by Fire Codes.
